• The Opportunity
• We're looking for a motivated
• Territory Sales Manager (TSM)
• to join our Foodservice team and take charge of sales execution across the Hawkes Bay / Manawatu region. This is a hands-on role where you'll service existing customers, hunt out new business, and deliver results that make a tangible impact.You'll work closely with our Route Sales Manager and distribution partners to maximise sales opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure our trusted brands are always front and centre.
• Location : Hawkes Bay is preferred, Palmerston North area will be considered.
• Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships that drive loyalty and results.
• Achieve sales targets through effective planning, promotions, and new product launches.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across your territory.
• Negotiate terms, manage product ranging, and grow core baskets.
• Provide expert product knowledge and commercial insights while ensuring accurate and timely administration.
• Collaborate with Sales Management and distribution partners to maximise sales opportunities.
• What You'll Bring
• Proven sales experience, ideally in FMCG - Foodservice.
• A passion for sales and A hunter mindset
• Strong communication and a natural ability to build strong relationships across various backgrounds
• Ability to demonstrate a commercial acumen
• Excellent time management and self-driven
• Good with CRM systems and processes
