The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects individual skills and experience.For more details about the role, you can view the Job Description here.About you | Mohau akeTo be successful you will need : A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Therapy or an equivalent that meets the requirements of the New Zealand Speech-language Therapists AssociationSpecialist knowledge of theory, research and practice related to speech-language, child and human development and learning and behaviourAbility to translate specialist knowledge into practical informationAbility to co-ordinate service provision in a multi-agency, trans-disciplinary settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively with children, young people and their families and teachers across a diverse range of settingsThe ability to understand and apply the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and tangata whenuatangaA full driver's licenceThe ability and willingness to adhere to the Public Service Standards of Integrity and Conduct.About our group and team | Matau ropu akeAt Te Tahuhu o te Matauranga, we work to provide services and support nationally, regionally and locally to the education sector, and in some cases, directly to akonga and whanau.
