Aquatic Ecology Assistant

This role is a great introduction to the world of freshwater ecology and a way to get to know the wonderful organisms that call our waterways home.

The role will be primarily field based, undertaking and supporting the summer monitoring programmes, including our summer biomonitoring, recreational bathing, and other river monitoring.

It will also include some office and desk-based work.

Attention to detail, data entry skills, confidence in and around waterways, and a keen interest in ecology are a must.

You will also need a full drivers licence.
