We're looking for a motivated and capable TTM Operations Manager to join our Auckland South branch based in Takanini.This pivotal hands-on role acts as the key link between the field crews and support team.
You'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of temporary traffic management services, with a focus on strategic project planning, daily crew coordination, effective resource allocation, and building strong client relationships to deliver on our promise of great service, by great crews, underpinned by great safety.What you'll be responsible for : Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily TTM operations to ensure crews, vehicles, and equipment are deployed effectively to meet job, safety, and client requirements.Monitor progress across multiple projects, adjust plans as needed, and resolve resource issues to keep delivery smooth, safe, and on schedule.Lead and support the team through clear direction, regular check-ins, coaching and performance feedback, to build a safe, engaged, and high performing team.Act as the key point of contact for clients, handling daily communication, job updates, and minor issues to ensure service is delivered to a high standard and in line with their expectations.Champion health and safety by encouraging safe behaviours and reinforcing compliance best practices through site and equipment checks, accurate documentation, incident reporting and support with investigations.This is a full-time role averaging 50 hours per week, with on-call responsibilities when required.
