Your Impact :

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Transformation and based in Auckland, you will be responsible for leading and managing the execution of projects from a supply chain and operations perspective. Some of these projects will include manufacturing improvement, processes redesign, planning optimisation and other broader a2MC business projects.

More specifically, you will be involved in :

• Developing detailed project plans including tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinating and leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Facilitating communication between project teams, supply chain, third-party manufacturers, and stakeholders.
• Monitoring project progress and addressing deviations from plan to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Monitor project progress and effectively address any deviations from plan.
• Determine risk mitigation plans and lead project stakeholders to implement risk mitigation plan(s).
• Collaborate with all internal and external parties to manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Tracking project performance and provide any required reports to the management team.
