• Lead Lifeguard | Otara Pool and Leisure CentreHe angitutanga : The opportunityOtara Pool and Leisure Centre is located in the heart of Otara.

As our Lead Lifeguard, you will play a key role in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers.Your main responsibilities include : Providing guidance and support for aquatics-based programmes;Performing general lifeguarding duties to ensure customer safety; andSupporting the Team Leader with daily operations at the Centre.This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week.

The centre operates 7 days a week, so reliability and willingness to work early, late, and weekend shifts are essential.About YouYou should have a passion for aquatics and enjoy sharing your knowledge to enhance water safety.

Excellent communication skills, a commitment to delivering quality aquatic programmes, and high customer service standards are important.You will be a team player with a flexible approach, proactive in fostering a positive safety culture.

Necessary qualifications include a current First Aid Certificate and a Pool Lifeguard Practising Certificate.
