Machine Operator Barline - Night Shift (10.00pm to 6.30am) at Vitaco Group
Responsibilities
- Operate high-speed machinery in the Barline area and set and improve production lines as needed.
- Follow all SOPs and quality requirements to guarantee products are manufactured and packed according to the correct processes and documentation.
- Work with processes such as sheeting, mixing, enrobing, and chocolate tempering (experience in these areas is highly desirable).
- Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Work safely and contribute to a safe working environment; be physically capable of lifting 25 kg on a reasonably frequent basis.
Qualifications
Experience operating high-speed machinery and maintaining line performance; experience in setting and improving lines is preferred.Experience in areas such as sheeting, mixing, enrobing, and chocolate tempering is highly desirable.Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to problem solve.Physically fit and able to lift 25kg frequently.Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements and deadlines.Passionate about improving the way you work and able to work both independently and as part of a team.Respect Health & Safety in the workplace.Pre-employment screening including numeracy / literacy, medical / drug testing and criminal background checks.What's in it for you
