Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing :
- Supporting operational and research initiatives across horticulture projects.
- Assisting with data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making.
- Contributing to innovation and continuous improvement efforts.
- Engaging with stakeholders and helping communicate project impact.
About You
What you\'ll need :
Student or recent graduate (undergraduate or postgraduate) in horticulture, agriculture, science, or related field.Comfortable working both independently and in a team.Keen to learn, grow, and make a meaningful contribution.Willingness to get stuck in and give things a go.Compensation & Benefits
Minimum of 400 hours of full-time work between end of October 2025 and end of March 2026.Real-world experience in a supportive and innovative environment.Training & Development
