Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing :

  • Supporting operational and research initiatives across horticulture projects.
  • Assisting with data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making.
  • Contributing to innovation and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Engaging with stakeholders and helping communicate project impact.

About You

What you\'ll need :

  • Student or recent graduate (undergraduate or postgraduate) in horticulture, agriculture, science, or related field.
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team.
  • Keen to learn, grow, and make a meaningful contribution.
  • Willingness to get stuck in and give things a go.

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Minimum of 400 hours of full-time work between end of October 2025 and end of March 2026.
