Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Drafter located in Christchurch. The Architectural Drafter will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and construction drawings, collaborating with architects and engineers to develop and finalise building plans, and assisting in the planning and design of structures. Daily tasks will include drawing, revising, and ensuring the accuracy of technical documents.

Qualifications

• 3 years NZ experience minimum with residential design / detailing
• 3 years experience with ArchiCAD is essential
• Proficiency in Architectural Drawings, Drawing, and Construction Drawings
• Knowledge of Architecture and Planning principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Christchurch
• Relevant educational background in Architecture
