The ideal candidate will have worked on human resource projects before and be aware of modern practices.
This role is a fixed term position in response to increased demand within our high priority work programmes.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in delivering our HR and payroll modernisation programme.
You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and ensure solutions align with best practice and compliance standards.
The Business Transformation and Services Business Group (BTS) provides sector-leading advice, technical expertise, and enabling services across the Ministry.
We design and drive strategies that bring our organisational vision to life, ensuring policies, processes, and tools are effective and continuously improving.

Salary range for this role is $110,501 to $134,128 pa.
Appointment within this range will be based on skills and experience.
