Overview

Retail Steak Cutter. Monday to Friday day shift - might suit a chef.

Responsibilities

• Slicing various beef, lamb and venison cuts to set weights
• Hitting agreed yield and offcut targets
• Ensuring the products are cut and presented to a standard suitable for retail consumers
• Assisting with other general butchery / meat processing tasks as required
