About the role
We are looking for a Legal Executive to join our new office in Queenstown, working with Partners Tony Sycamore and Sam Nelson.
You will get exposure to some of the most interesting work in the region.
The team focuses on complex commercial and property work for an exciting and diverse range of clients.
The primary focus of this role involves work related to :
subdivision of land and the subsequent sale of these lots / units; and
assisting the team of solicitors to settle commercial transactions
About you
This is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive, ambitious, growing and energetic team.
We're looking for a qualified and registered legal executive who :
Has at least five years' experience acting on property and commercial transactions
Has strong organisational skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle competing priorities
Has excellent written communication and strong attention to detail
Has strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, and a desire to work as part of a team
