The Opportunity

We’re seeking a self-starting National Channel Partner Representative to join our Strategic Alliances team. You will be based near a major US city to enable extensive travel, with this role requiring up to 50% travel across national and global channel partners. Your mission : identify, maintain, and expand relationships with key partners, unlocking new opportunities and driving Gallagher solutions to more customers.

This is a role for someone who is ready to hit the ground running. You will develop strategic partner programs, enable integrators, and work closely with internal teams to maximize growth. Success in this role requires strong channel sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and security.

Who You Are

You bring at least 8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the physical or electronic security industry, with proven success in partner or channel management. You have experience supporting large, national, or global partners, and already have established relationships with major security integrators.

You are a confident relationship builder, able to create demand, enable partners, and deliver results from day one. You thrive on new business development and enjoy working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.
