What You Will Bring
At least 5 years of experience in similar marketing or communication roles
A tertiary qualification in Marketing, communications or related discipline is desirable
Expertise in campaign delivery, budget management and customer engagement
A passion for local community engagement
A strong connection to sustainable and environmental responsibility
Strong leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
The Role
Is 40 hours per week Monday-Friday based at Mitre 10 MEGA New Plymouth
Provides leadership and oversight across marketing, customer experience, and sustainability, driving growth and continuous improvement
Supports Mitre 10 Mega New Plymouth, Mitre 10 New Plymouth and Columbus Coffee Café at Mitre 10 MEGA New Plymouth
Is supported by the Member Principal and General Store Manager
Provides guidance and support to the Marketing coordinator
