Supervisor / Senior Sales Assistant - Canterbury

Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced supervisor who is able to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets for a sought-after retailer. As a key holder for this established retailer you will be sales driven, commercial, enthusiastic and enjoy learning more about the product and customer needs. You will be a self-starter and enjoy delivering a personal level of service, advising customers and sharing your brand knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Act as a key holder, supporting store management and opening / closing duties as required.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and share product knowledge.
• Sell in fashion, accessories or beauty retail environments with motivation and product enthusiasm.
• Assist with store standards, merchandising and teamwork to support sales.
• Work a full-time schedule that includes some weekends; initial 4 weeks with potential extension.
