As the Sales Manager for the South Island, you will lead a dynamic team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and sustainable profitability by empowering and developing their skills while executing strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
You will set clear sales targets, create actionable strategies, and manage resources efficiently to achieve consistent growth, fostering a high-performance culture that motivates the team to meet customer needs and maximize sales opportunities. Ko Tō Mahi – What You’ll Do
- Build and develop your sales team through coaching, mentoring, and fostering a strong business owner mindset to drive high performance.
- Take full accountability for financial results and overall team performance, ensuring revenue targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term, positive customer relationships that support retention and growth.
- Lead the hiring, development, and retention of talent to build a motivated and capable sales team.
- Plan and execute quarterly team objectives, tracking progress and reporting on outcomes aligned with business goals.
- Lead and inspire a customer-focused culture through regular team meetings, performance management, and coaching sessions.
- Oversee and drive performance for both the Acquisition sales team and Key, T1 & T2 account management teams across the South Island.
