Join to apply for the Business Analyst role at Craigs Investment Partners.About The RoleWe have an opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Digital Business team, focusing on New Zealand tax legislation processes and regulatory reporting.

This is a 9-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave, ideally starting February

The role has full-time hours and is based in Tauranga, though we are open to discussing other locations for the right candidate.Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Analyst, you will facilitate the successful execution of organizational change initiatives.

Your focus will be to : Engage with stakeholders and drive a highly collaborative approach to our business-wide project deliveryCollaborate closely with SMEs and vendors throughout the design and delivery of the programmeAssist with high-level solution designLead business process design aligning to the target operation model and programme design principlesWrite detailed requirements, functional specifications, use cases and test scenariosLead configuration of technology solutions to meet CIP solution requirementsFacilitate review of product design artifactsAssist with design and delivery of internal application and external party integrationsAbout YouYou will join our Digital Business team responsible for driving strategic change and strengthening CIP's project delivery capabilities.

Working on projects with tax requirements, knowledge of the Financial Services Industry and NZ tax legislation is highly desirable.

Ideally, you will have at least five years' experience in cross-functional delivery teams as part of transformation programmes around technology and business change.

You will have an analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Good understanding of agile methodologies, tools and ways of working will also be highly regarded.
