The MyTrucking platform manages thousands of jobs, users, vehicles and drivers across New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom and Ireland every day.We're growing and we're ambitious.

We're now looking for a full-time Business Analyst to join our existing Product team.

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a growing international SaaS business run out of the idyllic Wairarapa.In your role you will be : Using your experience to ensure our features are explained and documented in a clear, concise and complete manner for our MyTrucking Web Application, Mobile Applications and Customer Portal.Working throughout our business, and with our customers to ensure no stone is un-turned in making sure our solutions functionality is the best it can be for our customers.A quality check point to ensure the features that are developed, are as you imagined them.Part of a team that works together, and for each other every day to make sure we are delivering on our promise to our customers.Sharing your best practice knowledge.You are experienced in : Gathering and documenting high level ideas right through to detailed requirements from a number of different sources, roles, personalities and customers.Use-case type documentation creation and refinement.Requirements documentation tools such as Jira.Working closely with Agile teams, especially developers.A Sound, Structured, Disciplined and Critical thinker, with an Analytical mind, and mentoring approach to sharing ideas.Experience working / Interacting directly with customers.Open to exploring new ideas and sharing what you discover.Why Join Us?
