This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on customers by coordinating, creating, and running the Ladbrokes, NEDS, and Trackside racing channels. You will ensure broadcasts are accurate, timely, and engaging, contributing to a high-energy viewer experience.

Your day-to-day

• Coordinate with Scheduling, Production, and Master Control to ensure accurate rundowns, playlists, content, and linking circuits are delivered smoothly
• Prepare and verify transmission rundowns to ensure a flawless broadcast
• Operate all Control Room equipment, including graphics, vision switching, and audio mixing
• Make operational decisions based on business judgment, the Channel Style Guide, and production requirements
• Ensure fault-free, smooth delivery of transmission without interruptions
• Collaborate with Raceday Control and other Channel Operators during live broadcasts
• Provide shift reports detailing issues, decisions, and equipment malfunctions for continuous improvement
• Assist in training new staff and helping them adapt to the fast-paced broadcasting environment
