Overview

Join Accor as a Guest Service Agent to support front‑office operations. You will handle check‑ins, check‑outs, payments, invitations, inbound calls and emails, and ensure total customer satisfaction while adhering to hotel health and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform guest check‑ins and check‑outs
• Process payments and handle invoicing
• Answer and route incoming phone calls and email inquiries
• Provide courteous and professional customer service throughout the guest’s stay
• Adhere to hotel health and safety, security, and standard operating procedures
