Overview
TenderLink is recognised as the market leading provider of tender notification services and online tendering technology throughout Australasia. We are looking for a Business Development Manager (TBC) to join our team. You will manage and grow client relationships, driving revenue growth and the growth of our subscription base.
You will work in close coordination with other team members, such as Client Service Representatives, Customer Support & Finance, to provide customer experience for all subscribers, offering a level of customer service which ensures satisfaction and subscription renewal.

Work that matters - What you\'ll be doing
Client Retention
Meeting and exceeding revenue and client retention targets - Proactively engage with your clients using the insights and data available to you to enhance the client experience and reduce churn - Overcome and negotiate client objections during the renewal period and with clients who communicate their decision to cancel their subscription.
Relationship Management
Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and maximise client value - Answer incoming client phone calls and email queries - Contact clients who have failed to make payment for their subscription - Analyse client feedback and contribute suggestions for improving processes and product development - Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your account portfolio.
Client Onboarding
Ensure our new clients experience a seamless onboarding process from the online shopping cart, providing training via Teams where necessary - Provide a smooth transition from subscription activation to on-going customer support and renewal.
