We're looking for a driven Engineer with project management expertise to deliver multi-million-dollar CAPEX initiatives and continuous improvement projects across our regional sites. What you'll do

• Own projects from concept through to commissioning and handover
• Manage the safe execution of CAPEX projects to industry-leading standards
• Lead cross-functional teams and external contractors to deliver on time, within budget, and to scope
• Develop execution plans, RFPs, budgets, cash flows, and schedules
• Negotiate and manage contractor performance and pricing
• Design and deliver mechanical improvements and plant modifications
• Embed consistent project management frameworks and transparent stakeholder communication
