System Developer Dynamics (Nav / Business Central)

Are you passionate about building smart, scalable solutions with Microsoft Dynamics?

We're looking for a talented System Developer to join our team and play a key role in delivering and supporting Dynamics NAV and Business Central solutions across our business.

What you'll be doing

Designing, developing, and maintaining Dynamics NAV / Business Central applications across SaaS and On-Prem environments.

Working with AL language, Visual Studio Code, Git, and Azure DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions.

Supporting release management and integration of environments while assessing the impact of new Dynamics 365 Business Central features.

Translating complex business processes into effective technical solutions.

Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide insights, and deliver results.

Working across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), following best practices.

What we're looking for

3+ years' hands-on development experience with Dynamics NAV / Business Central.

Strong knowledge of AL language and confidence working in both SaaS and On-Premises.

Familiarity with release management and environment integration for Dynamics 365 BC.

Solid problem-solving skills and ability to analyse business processes end-to-end.

Experience using Visual Studio Code, Git, and Azure DevOps.

Excellent communication skills – able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

A proactive, positive "can-do" attitude.
