• As the proactive voice of Terra, you’ll connect with customers across Aotearoa who operate fleets ranging from a single machine to 20+ units throughout the construction, energy, and transportation industries. Your mission is to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions across parts, service, and digital platforms. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio, build lasting relationships, drive loyalty, and lead targeted campaigns all while helping customers maximise the value of their partnership with Terra. Join our team! We have two opportunities available!This remote role can be based from any of Terra Cat’s main centres. What You’ll Do
• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers, acting as their main point of contact.
• Support customers with their parts and service needs, providing expert advice and solutions.
• Promote and encourage customer engagement with our digital platforms.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth by maintaining a regular call plan.
• Keep customers informed about eligibility for special offers and significant repairs.
• Manage a sales funnel with monthly leads and opportunities, ensuring proactive follow-up and conversion. What You’ll Bring
• Confidence, persistence, and a people-first mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• An understanding of digital platforms.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
• Industry experience is an advantage. Work Shift is 5 days – Monday to Friday
