Senior Business Analyst

OverviewWe have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to support a replacement project which our client is currently undertaking.ResponsibilitiesDraft and finalise the technical and non-functional business requirements documentation to inform a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the replacement existing system.Gather non-functional requirements for the RFP process, especially around the technology, solution location, ICT security requirements.Identify Privacy and Security groups within the organisation to be engaged to ensure their requirements are considered given the type of data held in this system.Help support the project around the issuing of the RFP and the reviewing RFP responses with project and SME resourcingRequirementsBachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Seasoned Senior BA with a strong technical leaning, who understands requirements elicitation and documenting technical requirements, and is able to deliver this type of work in a timely fashion to a high standard.Ability to drive capture and review of technical functional and non-functional requirements to support the RFP process.Excellent documentation skills and communication skills, and able to work cohesively in a small, high performing team.Ability to work with transparently and reliably with multiple stakeholders to achieve outcomesPrevious experience undertaking assessment and replacement of existing business applications / system.Previous exposure to working with biometric systems (desirable, but not mandatory)An understanding of the RFP process is desirable but not essential, particularly around probity and handling commercially sensitive information.
