Join our team as an Accommodation Manager, working alongside another accommodation manager to make sure our seasonal staff have an enjoyable stay.About the RoleYou'll manage the day-to-day operations of our on-site and off-site accommodation and be the go-to person for our residents.

No two days are the same, and your ability to handle whatever comes your way with confidence and a smile will make all the difference.What the job involves : Providing friendly and firm customer service to all residentsHandling check-ins, check-outs, and general enquiriesWelcoming new arrivals and conducting on-site inductionsAdmin tasks including digital record keeping of weekly rental paymentsAssisting with cleaning when needed (we will have a professional cleaner)Addressing and resolving complaints calmly and professionallyOffering pastoral care and support to residentsEnsuring compliance with Health & Safety rules and regulationsCarrying out regular stock checks and ordering suppliesImplementing and maintaining safety protocolsFlexible shifts including weekends and public holidaysWhat We're Looking ForYou'll need to be approachable with the ability to lead through empathy and clear direction.You are : Comfortable taking charge – not afraid to speak up when neededFlexible – must be open to working shifts, weekends, and public holidaysGreat with people – warm, engaging and clear communicator when dealing with othersOrganised – you thrive on structure but can adapt on the flySolution-focused – calm under pressure and quick on your feetIdeally living on-site or nearbyWhat You'll GetGreat pay – rewarding effort, teamwork and reliabilityWork alongside another accommodation manager for shared responsibilitiesMeet and support people from around the worldPerformance bonus – rewarding those who stay the season with strong attendance and high performanceSupportive and dynamic work environmentEnvironment that encourages initiative and communicationJoin Us!
