Real Estate Sales Agent

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent located in Wanaka and / or Cromwell. You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling real estate. You will provide market insights, conduct property showings, negotiate deals, and manage transaction processes from start to finish. The role requires staying updated with market trends, responding promptly to client inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in property sales and market analysis
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Proficiency with real estate software and online marketing tools
• Valid New Zealand Real Estate License and knowledge of REAA regulations
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel within assigned regions
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
