Assistant Manager - IT Applications Project Management (CoPM - NF)
The Centre of Programme Management - New Facilities (CoPM - NF) Project Manager's role is to establish and maintain project management standards, processes and best practices to ensure the respective programme in terms of planning the detailed engagement strategy, objectives, policies and funding.
You are expected to perform detailed analysis and work with cross functional teams to derive key insights for further planning of work streams to achieve the desired outcomes.
You are able to see interconnections, anticipate operational issues across all parts of the programme and develop effective strategies to address them.
Role & Responsibilities
Gather IT requirement for new healthcare facility
Track and review submissions from the various Application and Infrastructure Teams
Collate and compile for submission
Work with various forums for approval paper and seeking funding approval including slides preparation
Ensure that project is delivered against agreed scope and timeline
Highlight any issues encountered and potential risks
Provide regular progress updates to Management
Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport
Liaise closely with project teams in project implementation, application testing, preparation for go live and post go live support in accordance with project methodologies and policies
Requirements
At least 1-5 years of healthcare IT experience
Preferably PMP or equivalent certified
A team player and also able to work independently
