You'll play a critical role in migrating customer accounts and transactions from our existing platform, ensuring we're ready to deliver seamless experiences.

Enjoy flexible working, four wellbeing days a year to recharge, and the chance to lead meaningful change that shapes the future of banking in Aotearoa.Responsibilities and RequirementsWe will help you build on your strengths and develop new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following skills and experience : Programme Delivery : Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master working within a large-scale transformation programme delivering data migration and business readinessComplex Delivery : Ability to navigate and deliver in complex evolving environments, demonstrating high EQ, strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, nimbleness, and resilienceLeadership and Collaboration : Proven leadership capabilities to guide and motivate project teams, a calm collaborative communication style that brings others on the journey and ensures effective delivery regardless of geographic locationStakeholder Management : Exceptional skills in managing and communicating with senior stakeholders, peers, and team members, ensuring alignment, and managing them to deliver outcomes.Vendor Management : Experience in working with external vendors and internal teams to deliver the desired business outcomes.Project Planning and Execution : Expertise in developing comprehensive and pragmatic project plans; identifying, and managing risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions; project reporting (financials, progress trackers, AzureDevOps) ensuring successful delivery of business outcomesYou do not need to tick every box here to be considered!
