- As an SAP HCM Functional Consultant, you'll utilise your consulting skills, business acumen, and SAP solution expertise to deliver meaningful change to our users.Success in this role will require technical knowledge and experience with SAP Payroll as well as wider HCM modules. The team are supported by an external support partner who will provide additional expertise as needed.You will be working on SAP S4 HANA but will have a focus towards future technologies, including SuccessFactors and leveraging Business Technology Platform (BTP). Knowledge of SAP integrated roster solutions would be beneficial.Occasional support for out of hours releases may be required.

- We are looking for someone with detailed technical and functional knowledge of HR / Payroll & Organizational Management within SAP S4 HANA as well as :
- Ability to provide technical and functional solutions, to non-technical groups while ensuring appropriate understanding across various levels
- Extensive knowledge of New Zealand Legislation impacting HR & Payroll, with particular focus on Holidays Act
- An ability to build strong working relationships within the SAP Team and with business stakeholders
- Ability to train, mentor and guide less experienced users within the team
- An ability to produce quality outcomes across the solution. This includes : + Creating or modifying functional specifications, and producing other documentation that supports the solution while adhering to SAP Standard where possible + Undertaking configuration and customisation activities to support the SAP solution + Supporting release and deployment activities + Providing detailed knowledge of industry best practices to facilitate the Department's specific business requirements

- The midpoint of the salary range is $147,765 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $125,601 - $177,318 per annum.
