This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise across the Microsoft Business Applications stack with strong consulting skills to deliver transformative business solutions.Day to Day You Will : Lead or contribute to the design, development, and deployment of solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.Work closely with clients to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive value.Facilitate stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and solution demos.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, testers, and project managers.Provide strategic advice on CRM and Power Platform capabilities, governance, and adoption.Support project delivery across the full lifecycle—from scoping and design through to implementation and post-go-live support.Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and community best practices.What You'll Bring to the Team5+ yearsof experience in delivering Microsoft Business Applications solutions, including Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules (e.g. Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
