Our exceptional Loss Prevention team is dedicated to implementing core strategies to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment while minimizing risk and preventing loss.In a Loss Prevention role, your key focus is on minimizing loss from all sources by : Identifying loss patternsUncovering potential internal theftIdentifying and deterring suspicious behaviourBeing a health & safety championRemoving opportunities for theftEnsuring a safe and secure store environmentOur Botany store is looking for someone to join the Loss Prevention team.

This is a part-time role working on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday.To be successful in this role, you will : Have excellent communication skills, both written and oralBe confident and remain calm under pressureBe comfortable handling situations of conflictBe willing to go the extra mile to help our customersMaintain the highest level of integrity and honesty at all timesLoss Prevention at Farmers is about more than theft; it's about making improvements to prevent it from occurring.
