A dynamic manufacturing company is seeking a passionate HR Manager to join their founding team in Singapore. You will be responsible for setting up HR policies, managing the full HR spectrum, and supporting the growth of the company in both Singapore and Malaysia. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, and is bilingual in English and Mandarin. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the company's culture and employee experience.
