Were looking for a Finance Analyst to support in delivering high-quality analysis, reporting, and insights on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Were looking for a Finance Analyst to support our APAC General Manager Finance in delivering high-quality analysis, reporting, and insights. This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time role based in Auckland or Christchurch , where youll play a key role in enhancing financial performance, supporting growth initiatives, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making across regions, service lines, and projects.
• Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, tracking revenue, gross profit, and EBITDA.
• Contribute to growth strategies by evaluating outcomes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Build strong relationships across the business—including leadership and the Board.
• Map and refine business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
