If you are passionate about helping others live full, independent lives in their own homes and communities, this may be for you.Our client values Maori culture and we are seeking someone with fluency in Te Reo Maori in everyday interactions.Support hours range from 6am to 10pm, Monday to Sunday, with potential sleepovers required.

Choices in Community Living (CICL) is a person-centred support service for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities.
We provide tailored, one-on-one support that helps people live in their own homes, engage with their communities, and pursue meaningful goals — from employment and education to friendships and hobbies.
Support is guided by Enabling Good Lives (EGL), a values-based approach that places people at the centre of their own lives.
We work in partnership with each person to ensure their support is personalised, strengths-based, and aligned with their goals and aspirations, promoting choice and control and meaningful inclusion in the community.As a Community Support Worker, you will take on dynamic tasks that depend on the needs and dreams of each person.
You will provide assistance with daily activities such as community participation, socialising, work or education, personal cares and domestic chores, and you will be responsible for reporting and administration.
