From 3 waters infrastructure and infill developments to large-scale greenfield subdivisions, you'll play a key role in shaping future communities.What You'll Be DoingDesigning and delivering infrastructure solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial developmentsEngaging with internal teams, clients, councils, and contractors to ensure seamless project deliveryContributing to civil construction observation and site monitoringSupporting junior team members and sharing your technical expertiseEnsuring compliance with NZ standards, local authority requirements, and client expectationsWhat We're Looking For4+ years' experience in civil design and land development within NZProficiency in 12d or Civil 3D and solid AutoCAD capabilitiesStrong understanding of NZ council processes, design standards, and 3 waters designConstruction observation / site monitoring experience is a bonusA relevant engineering qualification (BEng, BEngTech, NZCE or similar)Confident communicator who thrives in a team-focused environmentNZ Residency or Citizenship is essentialWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary aligned to your experienceStructured progression with mentoring from senior leadersHigh-trust, flexible culture that values work-life balanceFamily-friendly and collaborative team environmentLong-term opportunity with stability and future growth potentialYou'll be part of a close-knit civil team, supported by in-house experts across different disciplines.
