The role involves a mix of site work, design, and project management tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesSite observation and construction monitoring (approximately 1 / 3 of the role)Civil design experience and modelling skillsDesign reviews and council liaisonProgress claims and operational supportClient communication and stakeholder engagementOccasional travel for site visits (1–2 days per week)What We're Looking For5–20 years of civil engineering experience in land development and infrastructureStrong skills in MQA, site observation, and construction monitoringAbility to work across civil modelling packages for land developmentExcellent communication and client-facing skillsFlexible and proactive approach and open to travelling on projectsWhy Join?
