Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Video Editing
Produce engaging videos, graphics, and other media for campaigns and social platforms.
Edit promotional, testimonial, and educational content that aligns with our brand voice.
Website Design & Management
Maintain and update the company website with fresh content, visuals, and landing pages.
Optimize website for user experience, SEO, and lead conversions.
Social Media Marketing
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Manage posting schedules, engage with audiences, and track performance analytics.
Lead Generation & Campaigns
Create and run targeted online marketing campaigns to drive leads for our consultants.
Monitor and report on ROI, campaign results, and lead conversions.
Collaboration & Branding
Work closely with consultants to design marketing materials tailored to their clients.
Ensure consistent branding across all digital and offline channels.
Requirements
Proven experience in video editing, graphic design, and multimedia content creation .
Skilled in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar software .
Knowledge of WordPress, Wix, or other CMS platforms for website design.
Strong grasp of social media algorithms, advertising, and analytics .
Experience in digital marketing campaigns, SEO, and lead generation .
Excellent communication and time management skills; able to work independently in a small team environment.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Photography and motion graphics.
Email marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
Copywriting skills for ad campaigns and social content.
