We're expanding and looking for a dynamic Enrolled or Registered Nurse to join our dedicated Virtual Team, based in our brand-new Faringdon clinic.

This role is primarily administrative and virtual in nature, ensuring patients receive timely, safe, and coordinated care, with some assistance in triaging for our Drop-In clinic.Please Note : This is not a remote role, you will need to work from our Faringdon clinic in Christchurch.The RoleAs a Virtual Enrolled or Registered Nurse, you will be an integral part of our collaborative care team, working alongside GPs, Nurse Practitioners, Enrolled Nurses, Physician Associates, and support staff.Your responsibilities include patient prioritisation and virtual clinical administration, specifically : Managing booked phone consultations and medical certificatesResponding to patient queries and communicationsManaging repeat prescription requestsCoordinating patient recalls and supporting health screening programmesResults communicationNursing administrative tasks and dutiesPromoting health education and supporting patient self-managementThis role will also include assisting with triaging in the drop-in clinic, as well as supporting the clinic float role with tasks such as blood collection, ECGs, medication administration, IV management, and related duties.What We're Looking ForYou'll thrive in this role if you are : A motivated and compassionate Enrolled or Registered Nurse with current NZNC APCConfident on the phone with excellent clinical assessment and documentation skillsComfortable working in a non–patient-facing role, supporting care virtuallyAdaptable, resilient, and able to prioritise effectively in a dynamic settingPassionate about improving healthcare accessibility and equityCulturally competent, with an understanding of diverse patient needsWe welcome both newly graduated and experienced RNs.Benefits of Joining WeCareMarket-leading pay ratesBirthdays off + additional leave daysFree family healthcare at WeCare clinicsQuarterly workshops, raffles & team eventsCoffee shouts & morning teasFree EAP services for staffStaff discounts with selected retailersCareer growth and upskilling opportunitiesWork at the top of your scope in a supportive, innovative teamAbout UsAt WeCare Health, we're passionate about revolutionising New Zealand primary care with fresh, innovative approaches.
