Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
You will walk alongside an eclectic range of whanau performing top-to-toe development and growth assessments and provide clinical advice in homes and clinics with the aim of empowering whanauto succeed and prosper in their journey raising their tamariki.
Your mahi will include referring to and working with other community supports to ensure a safe healthy living environment for whanau.
The salary band for this role is between $66,222 ($

The role involves screening for and supporting whanau who may be experiencing family harm, mental health difficulties and meeting whanau who live at different levels of deprivation.

You'll be part of a team that manages care and support thoughtfully, ensuring whanau receive the right help at the right time, grounded in equitable and Plunket values of maia, manaaki, mahaki and tuhono.
This role requires a high level of autonomy and self-direction.
You'll need to be confident making decisions, managing your time effectively, and navigating complex situations.
Strong problem-solving skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to stay grounded under pressure are essential.

To be successful in this role you will :
Be a Registered Nurse
Hold the right to work in Aotearoa
Hold or be able to obtain an Annual Practicing Certificate
Hold a full or restricted clean NZ Drivers Licence
Have strong clinical judgement and relational practice
Be committed to completing Post Graduate Certificate in Well Child Tamarikiora (we will pay for this)
