Change Analyst - Fixed-Term

It's exciting times at The Orion Group as we continue our Integrated Asset Management transformation programme.

We are looking for a seasoned Change Analyst on a 9-month fixed-term contract to help shape the future of our asset management.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role offering end-to-end change management support, where your insights, stakeholder engagement, and ability to hit the ground running will be critical to success.

The role

• Drive change impact assessments across people, processes and systems
• Play a key role in readying our people and setting them up for success with the changes ahead
• Support and implement change, engagement, communication and training plans
• Create and maintain change artifacts, templated and tools
• Engage with stakeholders across the wider business to help navigate significant change
• Assist the Business Analysts / Change team with metrics and reporting to measure success and document changes
