Opportunity

Step into a leadership role at Rotomahana Farm, where you will contribute to a strategy focused on production and profit while prioritising core farming principles.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate structured stock rotations and manage overall farm performance, both physical and financial.

Lead health, safety, and wellness on the farm, driving a positive culture of risk awareness.

Collaborate and communicate with the Business Manager on strategic planning and budgets.

Build and maintain robust rural networks.

Act as an ambassador for Pamu's brand reputation within the community.

About You

As an experienced leader with a genuine passion for agriculture, you are enthusiastic about further developing your skills and expertise.

You Will Have

A first-class attitude to Health and Safety, Animal Welfare and Environmental Management.

In-depth understanding and experience handling multiple stock units.

Attention to detail around stock performance and feed budgeting.

A strong interest in recording technology.

Proven ability to build positive, productive teams.

A 'can-do' attitude and an ability to problem-solve, identify opportunities for improved performance and profit.
