Finance Manager

Due to the retirement of the incumbent Finance Manager, a fantastic opportunity has been created to join a locally owned and operated business with a proud history and clear purpose, and a strong pipeline of work to set them up for the upswing in the economy over the coming years.The RoleResponsibilitiesThe company are looking for an experienced finance professional to join their Senior Leadership Team.

Reporting directly to the Director and CEO, you'll be one of three tier-2 leaders and have responsibility for managing the full finance function across the group.

You'll need to bring both technical expertise and strategic vision, ensuring the ongoing financial health of the company while supporting growth initiatives and maintaining strong relationships across the business.

Key responsibilities include : Full financial management across entire company group, leading and developing a team of 4Lead financial planning, reporting and budgeting processesCash flow management and financing arrangements for acquisitions and projects.Finance Business Partnering to Group, as well as advisory through to CE and Board levelDriving process improvement and supporting growth initiatives.About YouSkillsThis role requires someone with a broad and comprehensive skill set, who can balance technical financial knowledge with leadership and strong communication skills.

You'll ideally bring with you : Experience in a Finance Manager roleIdeally CA qualified (negotiable), or at least qualified by experience.Strength in project and operational management, and strategic planning.Expertise in cash flow management and financial reporting.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to present financial information in layman's terms.Proven leadership ability, with a collaborative and supportive style.High attention to detail, organised and confident with risk management and technology.The BenefitsThis is a great, diverse and challenging role for someone looking for a new home to establish themselves, in a great culture and with a clear growth plan for the future.
