This full-time position is based in our Christchurch dealership, where you will use your expertise to keep our business operating at peak performance.What you'll be doingDiagnose and repair diesel engine faults and malfunctionsCarry out scheduled servicing and maintenance on diesel trucks and heavy equipmentTroubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systemsDemonstrate a deep understanding of diesel engine technology and its associated componentsProvide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clientsMaintain detailed records of all work completedContribute to a safe and efficient workshop environmentWhat we're looking forA minimum L4 Qualification in diesel automotive technician with a minimum of 3 years' experienceDrivers License Class 1, 2, 4 & 5 ideallyStrong technical skills and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing diesel enginesExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailGood communication skills and customer service orientationCommitment to safety and compliance with industry regulationsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamWhat we offerAt Keith Andrews Trucks Ltd, we value our employees and offer a range of benefits to support your professional and personal development.
