As an Aircrew Trainer on a 12-month fixed-term contract in our high-performing Standards & Training team, you'll deliver crucial training programmes, ensuring our air crew and pilots operate to the highest safety and service standards.

Applicants who are fully qualified as cabin crew within the last five years will be preferred.How you'll make an impactDeliver engaging Safety, Service, and Emergency training programmes including Recurrent, New Intake, Transition, Upgrade, and Premium Service trainingFacilitate Initial and Recurrent Emergency Procedures trainingOperate and deliver training using advanced simulators including Airbus and 787 Cabin Emergency Evacuation Trainers (CEETs) and the Fire TrainerCollaborate closely with subject matter experts, the Learning Experience team, and operational leaders to continuously improve training materials and contentEvaluate crew performance, provide constructive feedback, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Air New Zealand's safety policiesThis role operates on a full-time, ground-based schedule of 40 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday.
