About the roleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Barista and Cafe FOH (Front of House) Staff to join our vibrant team at The Raspberry Cafe' in Tai Tapu, Canterbury.

This full-time role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious coffee and beverages for our patrons.ResponsibilitiesPreparing and serving high-quality espresso-based beverages, teas, and other cafe-style drinksProviding friendly and knowledgeable customer service to ensure a positive dining experienceMaintaining a clean and organised work environment, including restocking and light food preparationAssisting with daily cafe operations, such as cash handling, inventory management, and opening / closing proceduresContributing to a positive team dynamic and supporting your colleagues as neededRequirementsPrevious experience as a Barista or in a similar cafe / hospitality role, with a passion for coffee and customer serviceStrong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, equipment, and ingredientsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and efficient serviceStrong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detailA positive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude, with the ability to work well as part of a teamThe ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service periodsWhat we offerAt The Raspberry Cafe', we pride ourselves on providing a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive work environment.
