We are looking for an experienced Farm Manager / Variable Order Sharemilker (VOSM) to lead one of our dairy farms. This role is suited to someone who takes pride in running an efficient operation, producing great results, and maintaining high standards of animal welfare, pasture management, and team leadership.

• Proven dairy farming or sharemilking experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• A focus on animal health, environmental care, and health & safety.
• The drive to achieve consistent results through good systems and planning.
• An openness to embrace the values and aspirations of Ngāi Tahu whānui and interest to grow your cultural understanding in te ao Māori

Ngāi Tahu Farming's purpose is to produce sustainable products from our environment in a way which is in line with Ngāi Tahu values, we hope to encourage industry change for better farming practices throughout Aotearoa - New Zealand. Through this, this role will contribute in growing and protecting the tribal pūtea and settlement assets for the future generations.
