Parenting Place is a non-profit organisation providing trusted parent education in Aotearoa New Zealand.
We offer parenting courses delivered through nationwide partners, 1 : 1 parent coaching, parenting talks in schools and corporate groups, and an online learning hub at parentingplace.nz with courses, free resources and a growing library of podcast, social media and other digital content.
Who we are looking for
As Digital Systems Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the Digital Manager across Parenting Place's technical systems for the successful delivery of our current and expanding range of online parent education content.
Key responsibilities
Configure and maintain integrations, performance and data integrity across platforms such as Salesforce, Payload / Craft, Thinkific and Zapier.
Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues and identify proactive improvement opportunities.
Process requests and issues from internal teams and liaise with external technical partners to support digital operations across CRM, CMS, forms and marketing automation.
Document workflow logic, processes and technical configurations for clarity and consistency.
Assist with IT issues, device troubleshooting and liaise with the IT agency where required.
Manage routine system alerts, backups, task management, scheduled reporting, batch setups and other business-as-usual activities.
Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms – Salesforce, Payload, Zapier, Thinkific, CMS or similar.
Strong understanding of API-based integrations, workflow automation tools and content delivery mechanisms.
Proficiency with Microsoft and Google environments, CRM data structures and layouts, SaaS tools.
Knowledge of website scripts, Google Analytics tracking and marketing automation.
Other Skills
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, translating business needs into technical solutions.
Familiarity with assurance practices including testing, monitoring and compliance within integrated environments.
Project and task-management skills – organising tasks, assignments and deadlines.
Proactive technical troubleshooting and escalation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to system maintenance and optimisation.
Experience in complex technical environments and comfort working in a fast-paced, fractional or project-based capacity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organised and willing to learn and seek assistance when required.

Additional Details
This is a permanent, part-time appointment (28 hours per week) based in Auckland, with a preferred start date of 5 January
