• Key responsibilities :
• Deliver high quality, customer-focused reception services.
• Accurately verify and input vital patient information.
• Liaise effectively with patients, whānau, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with Womens Health clinical and administration staff to ensure seamless operations.

• Waikato Hospital is a major regional hospital in Hamilton and is a leading tertiary teaching hospital located in Hamilton, New Zealand, serving as the regional hub for the Midland area, which includes the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Lakes, Tairawhiti, and Taranaki districts. • Previous experience as a receptionist or in administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to excellence and integrity in all interactions.
• A proactive approach to personal responsibility and well-being.
• The ability to handle shift work with stamina and enthusiasm.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
